Michael Mirolla
Michael N. Mirolla is an accomplished entrepreneur and corporate executive with over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. His extensive expertise spans general contracting, project management, development, brokerage, lending, and corporate portfolio asset management.
Michael’s career highlights include significant roles in prestigious organizations. He managed weekly mortgage pricing, tracking, and product development for Citibank’s NY Bank, a $5.5 billion residential mortgage division. As Managing Director at Galbreath Company, his role as Portfolio Asset Manager for GE Investments Corp Pension Trust’s $4+ billion portfolio included properties across NYC, Greenwich, Parsippany, and Chicago. At Citibank, he served as SVP, responsible for the global premises group, managing owned, leased, and retail branches worldwide. Additionally, he managed the leasing of River Place I, the largest luxury multifamily development (946 units) in the US, as an executive at Silverstein Properties.
Mr. Mirolla’s role as President of NLRM Construction Company, a national firm that specialized in hospitality renovations, spanned across major brands in cities like Los Angeles, Denver, Seattle, Austin, etc.
Michael holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, where he was President of the Student Body Association. He also earned a BS in management from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business. Michael has served as an adjunct professor in real estate at New York University’s Masters Program in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Nevada and a certified instructor in New York.

At MBHM Holdings, LLC, Harrison held pivotal roles like Construction Accountant and Executive Assistant to the CEO. He provided detailed financial reporting, supported strategic initiatives, and provided communications between the administration and the field. This hands-on experience exposed him to various facets of real estate investment and project management, enriching his understanding beyond academics.
Transitioning to National LRM, a general contractor focused in hospitality, Harrison served as the Accounting Assistant Manager, contributing to financial forecasting, budget management, and implementing a cost tracking system. This role further honed his experience in financial oversight, and project efficiency, preparing him for broader responsibilities.
Harrison’s technical proficiencies include market analysis, smart contracts, and an overview of construction management. Coupled with his adeptness with advanced tools like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Procore, as well as practical skills in blockchain technologies and coding, he emerges as a versatile asset in the industry.
